What are the requirements to become an instructor?
Sparked Soul instructors teach practical, meaningful skills that help people do life better. You’ll bring your expertise to a specific topic and work with us to turn what you know into a training people can understand, use, and carry into their everyday lives.
You’re not joining us to simply “make a course.” We’re looking for people who have something worth teaching.
What would I be responsible for creating?
You bring the expertise. We help you turn it into the learning experience.
If selected, you'll work with the Sparked Soul team to develop your training, prepare for recording, and make sure what you're teaching is clear, useful, and aligned with the Sparked Soul experience.
We don't expect you to figure out production, course design, or how to build everything by yourself.
Who should apply to become an instructor?
We’re looking for therapists, educators, subject-matter experts, and experienced professionals who know their area well and can teach it in a way that feels human, practical, and relatable.
You do not need to be an influencer, have a large following, or already have a course.
You do need to have real expertise, something meaningful to contribute, and the ability to teach beyond theory.
Will I be paid for my training?
Yes. Sparked Soul instructors will be compensated for the content they create for the platform. Specific compensation, expectations, and terms will be discussed with selected instructors before any agreement is made.
What kinds of topics are you looking for?
Think about the things people often say, “Why didn't anybody teach me this?”
Relationships. Communication. Parenting. Money. Grief. Confidence. Career. Conflict. Emotional wellness. Leadership. Major life transitions—and the many other skills adulthood expects us to somehow know.
We’re interested in topics that give people real tools for real life.
What happens to the training and content I create?
Because Sparked Soul is investing in developing, producing, and distributing each training, selected instructor content will become part of the Sparked Soul platform and will be governed by an instructor agreement.
We'll walk you through content ownership, usage, compensation, and expectations before anything is created or recorded, so you can decide whether the opportunity is right for you.
